"Free Gas For Summer" claim includes a three-month time period and assumes 1,000 miles per month or a total of 3,000, based on the Federal Highway Administration's estimates of average miles driven per year as of 3/31/08. Offer valid May 1-August 31, 2010.

All other expenses and items not specifically mentioned in this disclaimer are not included in the Offer, and are the Offer recipient's sole responsibility. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of Offer permitted. Gas Card cannot be substituted with an item of equal or greater retail value if the Gas Card is unavailable or cannot be provided for any reason, at sole discretion of ASMC.
